What services do you offer? If it is IT related we are confident we can help; we provide services for both Business and Home users and always try to offer the most cost effective solution for you.

How much do you charge? We don't operate a set pricing structure, that way you only pay for what you get and there are no surprises because the figures are based on your exact requirements. we do have 2 services that offer set prices - Startup Business Pack & PC Setup and Transfer Service; as we learn more about popular requirements we will introduce more services like this very soon.

What are your payment terms? We require full payment on the day of work being completed, in certain circumstances we may require a deposit up front to purchase equipment on your behalf but this will always be included in any quotation we provide.

Do you carry stocks of equipment? We only carry consumable products like cable and associated items; the computer industry moves very quickly and new technology appears every day and prices change so we find the best way to ensure you get the best products and the best prices is to purchase when required.

I need work doing out side of office hours, can you do that? Yes, we understand that in certain environments you need little or no disruption. When we discuss your requirements we will factor this into our schedules.

Will you fit equipment you haven't supplied? Yes, we are happy to assist with all equipment and will only ever undertake work we can complete.

Can you provide regular support? Yes, we are happy to discuss a formal support contract or we can provide you with a support when required arrangement.

Why is there no telephone number on your site? We are frequently at our customers premises providing work or support so it is not always possible to discuss requirements with you. We answer all on-line enquiries within 24 hours and once we have engaged a new customer they are provided with a contact number for support.

Where are you based? We are located in Bedfordshire but can travel anywhere in the UK and will be happy to discuss any requirements; we understand that it is not always cost effective to travel large distances and in these cases we will assist you in any way we can and point you in the right direction.
